Thanks to everybody who has been braving the heat to come out and party with us; we promise, it will get cooler soon! (We'll make sure you don't stop sweating, though.) We're prepping for the fall season, with events in the works, but that doesn't mean we're letting the beat drop, and hope to see you on Thursday nights. If you're new to the South, and haven't heard of DragonCon, we don't have the room to educate you here. Suffice it to say, the East Coast's largest fantasy/sci-fantasy/sci-fi/gaming/comic/art/... convention is held in Atlanta, and this year's musical guests include Voltaire, The Last Dance, The Cruxshadows, Ego Likeness, and Godhead, among many others.

Eccentrik [ec*cen*trik] n. A festival that deviates markedly from the established norm, for people of odd or unconventional behavior.
Held in Raleigh, NC, this year's Eccentrik Fest features art, vendors, and a host of bands and DJ's, including Anders Manga, Attrition, Ego Likeness, and Savannah's own DJ Shrapnel!
